Hi Per,

I've added the --with-private-tags to the shell script.

I took a quick look at the differences between dcmtk-3.5.4 and pdcmtk. I'm a
bit reluctant to just apply all the differences, as I'm not sure which are
bug-fixes (great!), which ones are simple add-ons (ok), and which ones would
change behaviour from dcmtk-3.5.4 (bad).

Any comments?

And yeah, 3.5.4 is really old... maybe we should be packaging a pre-release
version of 3.5.5 instead?
