Yes, qconf-qt4 would be acceptable and the analogy with qmake-qt4 is nice.

I had a look at Debian. They renamed the binary to qt-qconf:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/qconf/filelist
But they also use different naming of qmake than we do...

I like qconf-qt4 better.
