You're missing ownership of
 %{_datadir}/%{name}
It should be owned by -galaxy. Otherwise things should be fine.

Please fix the ownership before git import; what you need to do is change
 %{_datadir}/%{name}/galaxy/
to
 %{_datadir}/%{name}/
in -galaxy.
