There is already a section that says "Enable nightly branched compose"
with a FIXME that says point to the SOP for that action.  I realized
that the mass branching SOP was getting quite large and decided that
some of it should be broken out into smaller tasks.  I'd recommend a
fresh page and then fix the FIXME by linking to it.
