Comment:

 rawhide kickstarts were fixed on April 25 2015 by Ian McLeod. But they
 chose to not make changes to Fedora 22. Release Engineering makes the
 images, but as Peter said it is not up to us to define the content. We do
 have plans to make updated images as Fedora 22 rolls along. you should
 work with the cloud WG to get the changes backported to Fedora 22.
