Hi Shawn,

Updated packaging guidelines are definitely on my TODO list, I just did 
not get the chance yet, since the Ruby package itself is still evolving.

Nevertheless, the RSpec 2.x is independent topic from Ruby 1.9. Please 
go ahead and use RSpec 2.x for all your packages. It should not be any 
issue.
