Submitted linux_admin to Fedora

If anyone has another gem that they submitted and wants to do a review
swap, just shout out.

<random> A few of us recently added the ability to only load / activate
system installed gems to bundler_ext [3]. This means an administrator or
developer can now use bundler_ext to pull in the yum / apt-get install
gem packages while still allowing other packages to be installed via gem
(both locally and system wide). Hopefully should make it easier to
integrate our platform and Ruby apps based on it into other gem systems.

Also <random>, be sure to checkout the gem_dependency_checker [4] repo
which has received quite a few updates recently including support for
updating a rpm spec to reflect the latest gem or Gemfile dependencies /
files lists. There is still work left tbd, but aim to continue
developing these tools to assist streamlining the Ruby packaging /
platform experience.
