the normal compose process builds a pxe tree as well as dvd and boot.iso
the output of the pxe tree needs to be added with some glue for
boot.fp.o  we should do both. we get the first by default and people
can use it to set up their own pxe infrastructure. we really don't have
any good way period to fix anaconda bugs. we can do updates.img images
or recompose the tree.
