Well, things I would love to see adding/more tracking on: 

- Last date to submit a new spin (this would need to include the time
  for review and trademark approval if any)

- Some kind of 'spin freeze' where we don't allow new kickstart changes
  unless reviewed by the list/SIG

- Nightly composes start using the branched repo (this should be right
  after the branched repo exists), just as a reminder/note that it's
  not composing from rawhide anymore. 

- Time to submit screenshots and text for spins.fedoraproject.org. 

Anyone have others ? Or ideas when we should set most of these?
