 During Fedora 13, it was unclear whether QA should CLOSE a bug after
 confirming the fix, or leave it open so that bodhi could close the bug.

 = analysis =

 Release engineering recommends using the ''VERIFIED'' bugzilla state when
 confirming a reported bug is resolved.  Usage of the ''VERIFIED'' field is
 currently not recommended in
