What do consumers wishing to use systemd in F14 need to do?

Basically I would say it should go like this from F15 and onwards 
anything new *MUST* be systemd.

Anything that already existed and we ship we should try to migrate as 
much as possible to systemd.
( Could be a F16 Feature )

But then again that's just me..
