Breaks Rawhide the same as F15, at least until other packages (systemd?) are
updated (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=689089 ). Downgrading
was more of a pain than in F15 since the repo didn't have rsyslog-5.6.2-3.fc16,
so I had to download it from
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=234476 and downgrade using
the rpm.
