F15 systemd looping

Hi,

Installed another vm (Xfce from beta torrent)
+updates + updates-testing
uninstalled NetworkManager
started network

now systemd is looping
What I can see is

A lot of "failed"
and a refrence to
will start "Relabel filesystem" (selinux?)

and
cannot open shared object libc.so.6

That's all I can make out with my eyes.
