audacious is F17 has no play line, can't click or drag to move around in song

Thanks for your help.  Your last suggestion was the simplest to try,
and nailed the problem immediately.  It appears that it is only a few
specific mp3s that are having the problem. Probably coded wrong. Flac,
ogg, wav, and other mp3s work fine.  I haven't listened for a while
using audacious, and so I thought it had been updated and was at
fault.  I usually listen using mplayer at the command line so I can
speed up the playback, and get more information faster, from voice
recordings.
