Are you sure what I described in that bug is different? It's repeatable with 
http://mirrors.us.kernel.org/fedora/development/rawhide/i386/os/Packages/k/kernel-PAE-3.16.0-0.rc2.git0.1.fc21.i686.rpm 
on i865G, i915G and i945G, but not rv200 Radeon. I've filled in a new bug 
page, except I've not decided what to put in its summary, if it warrants 
subjecting to the triagers at all.
