Things are always a bit dicey around branch time. Mirrormanager didn't
have 22 definitions added until this morning. This part should be
working now, but it seems like the mirrors are still settling down so
you might see mirror issues for a bit longer.

Note: now we've branched that's getting you on 23, not 22.

This is a known bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1186018 . It can be worked
around by killing the stuck dbus-send processes, I believe.
