[Fedora-trans-ar] bash and arabic text

I think it's like in windows.. u can't type any arabic letters in the
console.. ppl told me it's Ascii encoding not utf-8.. maybe it's the same..
hmm.. good point u intsalled ur environment on linux not on windows.. i
should move on later..
