[Fedora-trans-de] Remove Language "Schwyzertütsch"

It seems you already had some disscussions about that specific char "ß".
IMHO we have to agree on a consistent spelling when translating. But for me
it's not an issue.

You're right, there are some minor differences in spelling - but we agree on
the same orthographic rules, see
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Rechtschreibung.

Nevertheless it makes absolutely no sense to keep more than one German
language site alive just because of one char which is written differently.
So I guess everyone can agree on that, that the Swiss German users should be
redirected to the German language site?!
