As you can't commit yet to Fedora CVS, I think releasing it will not resolve 
the issue and will make you loose more precious time and money. You can:

1- Translate it and email it to me and I'll commit it.

or

2- Work directly on Arabeyes CVS (it's sync'ed)
  (since you and every other every member of the new KACST team have
  access to Arabeyes CVS anyway).
