The translators do not have write access to the configure.in file. 

/usr/bin/i18n-access: [configure.in] is not a translation file.
 
Usage:
    i18n-access [filenames]
 
**** Access allowed: lanurmi is in ACL for redhat-menus.
cvs server: Pre-commit check failed
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!
