'Build f-r-n.rpm and Push to updates-candidate' task by docs team is 
expected to happen between 2011-09-05 and 2011-09-07. And then this rpm 
will be included in Beta Release to be available on 2011-09-20. Thus the 
line 17 of 'Translate Beta Release Notes' should be corrected.

FYI, this is for beta, and translators can keep working on release notes 
continuously. More updates maybe added later for GA.
