Starting Slovenian translation team

Hello!

My name is Andrej Znidarsic and I am a translation coordinator of Slovenian
Ubuntu translation team [1]. Given the recent changes I've decied to try
out Fedora and also contribute to its Slovenian translations. However, no
such team currently exists.
Therefore I would like to establish a Slovenian translation team.

I am awaiting for your confirmation before proceeding with steps listed in
[2].
