You should be in general be very careful what to set suid root. By
default mount and umount are suid root too:
$ la $(which mount) $(which umount)
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 74240 11. Sep 2003 /bin/mount
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 36580 11. Sep 2003 /bin/umount
