Sendmail Problem or maybe not

Your problem has nothing to do with Sendmail because that is an MTA and
not POP3 or IMAP server.

If you are running FC2 and have dovecot installed and you are trying to
connect to the POP3 server you will have to activate it in the
/etc/dovecot.conf file.
