problem with cgi-bin rewrite

ln -s /home/$city/staff/$user/cgi-bin /home/$city/staff/$user/htdocs/cgi-bin
echo "Options +ExecCGI" > /home/$city/staff/$user/cgi-bin/.htaccess
Make sure you're allowed ExecCGI in your Override and you should be sorted
