Kernel panic / unwinder / oops / crash - Linux version 2.6.18-1.2849.fc6

Well, (sigh), even with noapic and apci=off, the computer just crashed
again.

How do I start a diskdump capture of these?  and, is there a windows XP
program that could capture netdumps?

I've never done a diskdump or network dump before, so I am not sure how to
set that up to try and capture what is going on here.

By the way, I am checking things like hard drive temp and cpu temp,
voltages, etc.  everything is in range.

Smartctl shows no errors on hard drive, etc.
