Do you even read the bug reports on this issue? It is *not* a kernel
problem, it will *not* be fixed by an upgraded kernel.

1) Read https://bugzilla.redhat.com/249282
2) Do either:
	i) Try the fix in 05-udev-early.rules mentioned there
	ii) Try updating udev from testing (comment #33)
	iii) Wait.
