Yeah?  So?  And what?  The US govt passes a lot of dumb (and often
outright unconstitutional) laws and enforces things very haphazardly.

Can you guys take this discussion to an appropriate forum please?
This is not a legal forum, nor a forum about MS and their legal
troubles.
