Presto repositories for FC6, F7 and Rawhide back up.

Actually, this is the direction we're moving.  Deltaurls are repository
specific, so should be stored in the .repo files, not presto.conf.

With Rawhide, there are no deltaurls; either the repository supports
presto or it doesn't.
