First NFS entry in fstab not mounting at boot

Although I am not familiar with nfsv4, for nfsv3 'defaults' could be a 
pretty major performance problem.

I typically use rw,hard,intr,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,

In this case you might even want to add _netdev.

_netdev
        The filesystem resides on a device that requires network access
        (used to prevent the system from attempting to mount these
        filesystems until the network has been enabled on the system).
