Configuring my UC-LOGIC Tablet WP5540U on Fedora 13?

hi,

I was using my tablet as per this howto[1] on F12. Since F13 no longer
uses hal and needs xorg configuration etc. as per[2]. Can someone please
tell me how to configure my tablet on F13? I found this[3] but I'm still
not pretty sure how to proceed.
