Worked it out with help from a friend. Can only configure the
BlackBerry to present as mass storage while attached and charging,
otherwise the option not available.
My friend's Ubuntu box makes it easier. Just plugin the BlackBerry
and it automatically displays the menu: USB Drive, Sync Media, Charge
Only. I guess it has different/better udev rules.
