I am presuming that I can put this in rc.local before the clamscan 
command as I need to make sure it is turned off before rc.local runs 
clamscan. Or, is there a better place to "setenforce 0" to disable 
(either so reboots come up off or before rc.local is called)?

I'm reading/learning/digesting/testing your other responses before replying
