Is it Criminal use of Linux, or more like criminal use of the world's
worst copyright and patent.
My take on this is that as Microsoft owns C++ anything written in C++
like code falls under copyright. I'm probably way of centre here but it
certainly seems that way.

Maybe this needs to be bought to the attention of groups like
http://sumofus.org/
and
avaaz at avaaz.org
I note that avaaz gets hundreds of thousands of respondents to certain
causes and seems to have affected Government decisions.

There are probably other groups with similar interests of bringing
things out into the open.

Golly there are Web and corporate experts, and the like in the Linux
fraternity, surely a campaign could be put together to save all of the Nix's

According to Radio National Microsoft posted it's first corporate loss
last week. Is the license thing just a revenue raiser?
