I think you might be onto something, I just installed Wine, and it did 
indeed allow me to FINALLY "see" inside the drive, but I'm still not 
able to Cut...Copy..or Paste any of these files from the drive to my 
computer running Fedora....hmm...I'll have to stop here for now and move 
on again in another couple of hours.....thanks to all....will keep you 
all posted as yo how this goes...
