yum update fails on x86_64 kernel tools and kernel-tools libs x86_64

Get familiar with the Fedora Updates System (bodhi) and the Fedora Build
System (koji). You can examine updates and related builds (= the rpms)
more easily at those places.

Apparently, there used to be a kernel-tools-devel package.

But newer kernel builds no longer include a kernel-tools-devel package.
That may be a package bug (a missing "Obsoletes" tag), but since kernels
are special as several may be kept installed, perhaps the change in
subpackaging is deliberate.

The work-around for you is to remove the old kernel-tools-devel package.
