Ogg to mp3, anyone?

I think it may depend on the version of Android;
my phone (a newly acquired Samsung Galaxy S2) is running Android 2.3.3 .
Ogg files were not seen in the standard Applications=>Music window.
But I'll try again, to see if I made a mistake over this.
