This phone is probably supported by the CyanogenMod rebuild of Android:

If your precise model is supported by CyanogenMod, *and* if your telco
has modified Android enough to disable Ogg support, I’d strongly
recommend working out what other abominations have been wreaked upon
that poor phone. Both you and the phone might be much happier with more
open firmware.
