My sister purchased a laptop from System76, this was about 2 years ago, 
and it's still alive & kicking with Ubuntu on it. Even though it's not a 
desktop, she DID have to call Customer Service in order to find out what 
happened to the case that she ordered with it, and they were very 
polite, professional, and QUICK! As for the laptop of itself, it's still 
just as fast and efficient as when she got it!....hope this helps!...
