I found out why the pictures won't open in Dolphin, The pictures are a 
HMTL Documents , not a JPG Image.

And Firefox won't even open the pictures.

This computer is  Friends Computer that I'm upgrading a fresh install, 
Fedora 17, from Fedora 10.
