Does

# ausearch -m avc -ts recent

Show any output?

If not, it could be a dontaudit rule, you could try

# semodule -DB

To turn off dontaudit rules

Then run you vnc session,

# ausearch -m avc -ts recent

to collect avcs

#semodule -B

To turn back on dontaudit rules.
