dynamic ip ok for NFS/LDAP servers? Network Gurus?

despite the proposed solution, may i assume the WTF means you agree that
usually servers should be static?

I like that ever technical need may be solved in many  ways, but i was
lo9oking also
to verify or refute my previous opinion.
