Possibly OT --- Adobe flash player; how to get it to run?

I downloaded the rpm and did:

> sudo rpm -ivh flash-plugin-11.2.202.332-release.x86_64.rpm

I got (not too surprisingly):

> package flash-plugin-11.2.202.332-release.x86_64 is already installed
