Where does virt-manager store user config files in Fedora 19?

lemass:~$ cat /etc/redhat-release
Fedora release 19 (Schrödinger’s Cat)

lemass:~$ ls -lah ~/.gconf
ls: cannot access /home/digimer/.gconf: No such file or directory

I found that link, something changed in Fedora between that post and now.
