Why is it 2755 for you? Are you aware of what the leading '2' means?
And what are the permissions of the other files/dirs in your packages?

Have you built with Mock or a similar tool?
Have you built with a fresh user account?
Is it reproducible when rebuilding one of Fedora's src.rpms?
How much trouble-shooting have you done yet?
