Doing sudo fedup --network 19 --debuglog fedupdebug.log screwed up my system

Please be more specific about what happens. Do you see a grub menu? What are you choosing in the grub menu? Can you try editing a grub entry and removing rhgb quiet so that you can see console text progress as it boots? Can you ssh into the computer from another computer and capture a journalctl -xb ?
