Actually filling interactive forms in the above mentioned documents is possible by the apps with pdf support based on poppler, Evince & Okular.
Let's say one difference I noticed when filling the form e.g. date input, unlike FoxitReader, it ain't controllable in Evince & Okular. Nevertheless they are useful for this task.
