Dell Inspiron 1545 touchpad suddenly s-l-o-w

These are MY latest xorg-x11-server packages:
$ rpm -qa | grep -i xorg-x11-server
xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.14.4-10.fc20.x86_64
xorg-x11-server-utils-7.7-6.fc20.x86_64
xorg-x11-server-common-1.14.4-10.fc20.x86_64

What is the output of
yum list available "xorg-x11-server*"
