Is upgrading to fedora 23 safe? / ""dnf system-upgrade reboot"" interrupted c.q. broken

    System-upgrade-download went perfect , System-upgrade reboot : Install  
went perfect , but Cleanup
    was interrupted or broken.

    Is it possible to restart dnf system-upgrade reboot ?
