[fedora-virt] virtio-win package?

The documentation is busted. We are not allowed to include virtio-win
drivers in Fedora repositories until we can build them without Windows.
the link I sent earlier has the correct drivers to use.  And they are
much newer than the 9/2009 drivers you were using.
